My 8 year old daughter started seeing Dr. Saracino earlier this year after our dentist referred us to an orthodontist. We went in for a free consultation and Dr. Saracino was very informative and thorough about orthodontic treatment in kids. Our daughter had some crowding issues and Dr. Saracino recommended that she start with expanders to make room in her mouth for permanent teeth to come in and have more space. This should decrease the likelihood of needing to pull any teeth prior to her getting braces in the future. Dr. Saracino is so gentle and great with kids. My daughter looks forward to going to her office for check ups (she has cookies and hot chocolate in the waiting area)! :).
